Welcome to URFIT. By purchasing our products or using our coaching services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or signing up for any plan.
1. About Us
URFIT provides fitness apparel, customisable clothing, training programs, and nutrition plans. Our services are available via subscription or one-off purchases.

2. Coaching and Nutrition Services

URFIT training plans and nutrition advice are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for medical advice.

If you have a serious medical condition, injury, or health concern, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any URFIT program.

We are not liable for any injury or health issues that may arise from following our plans if they are not carried out safely, with correct form, or without medical clearance where appropriate.

Once a coaching or nutrition plan has been delivered, it is non-refundable for the first month. You may cancel your subscription at any time thereafter, with no further charges after your final paid period.
3. Apparel Sales and Returns

We take great care in the quality of our products. If your apparel arrives damaged or faulty, you may return it within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage. The cost of the return will be credited by reducing your following month’s subscription fee.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
4. Payments

We accept payments by credit and debit card.

URFIT offers both subscription plans (URFIT and URFIT Plus) and one-off purchases for apparel.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance.
5. Delivery

We currently ship apparel throughout Europe.

Standard delivery time is approximately 5 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability

URFIT is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health complications that may occur if training plans are not followed safely and with proper form, as demonstrated in the app.

We do not accept liability for delays in delivery caused by postal or courier services, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services or products is limited to the value of the product or subscription purchased.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, with the “last updated” date shown at the top.
